Your handwriting is a line by line signpost to the influences in your life and your inner motivations. It is known as a ‘brain print’ as it originates in your thoughts and travels down your arm into your writing implement and then onto the page. In order to have an Insight Reading, write at least two pages on unlined paper about any subject which is important to you.

It could be about your proposed holiday, your current or past relationship, your loves and hates, last night’s tv programme, a night out….(so long as it is not copying any material from a book).
